Firstly, I am 71 and my wrists have arthritis. My ankles have no hair, because of sports taping, and I never did any boxing at all. Fitness Boxing 3, is 90% Fitness and 10% real boxing. However, I love it. As a child, I kept breaking my thumbs and fingers, and at 14, my mother bought me hockey gloves! I have a plate and 10 screws in my left wrist from a roller skating accident. So, putting on these boxing 'rink cons' was quite the experiment, but this is so much fun. I start slacking, and my lovely drill sergeant starts yelling, "Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!" to get me back on rhythm. With the grips, my Fists of Fury, are perfectly tracked, as I slug my way into a sweat. The rhythm & dancing about are big with Fitness Boxing 3. I have no experience with previous Fitness Boxing versions. Have water and a towel for perspiration. I have a giant yoga pad, 1/2 inch thick. Also, I use a very sturdy yoga chair, when I do balance stuff. Using a kitchen chair was causing the chair to wiggle and wobble and I was killing that chair! Boxing for reals has a lot of impacts; boxing is ballistic. Fitness boxing is a lot of rhythm dancing and air punching. With the Switch 2 controllers being bigger, I wonder if the Switch 1 smaller controllers will be preferred for Boxing, Dance, Ring-Con Adventure, Mario Kart 8 steering wheels ... ... ... ... These controller holders will NOT work with the Switch 2 default controllers, but reportedly, my older and smaller controllers will work with the Switch 2 game console.
