Now I have never done a review for a game unless I have beaten it, and done all I can in that particular game. And this is no exception. So what I am trying to say is that, although being a good game over all, I believe Nintendo can make it harder to achieve things in this game or any other. This time, instead of starting with the pros like I usually do, I will just say everything about the game, but not my opinion. 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.'Exhibition mode: In this mode it is pretty much just playing baseball. You get to choose your captain, and then choose your teammates. A captain is a character that you must have at least one of. A captain has a batting special move, a pitching special move, and one out-fielding special move. The captains are: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Wario, Waluigi, Yoshi, Birdo, Donkey Kong, and lastly, Diddy Kong. After a captain choice, you get to choose teammates who are, (and this is a long list): Yoshi (all colors), Birdo, Daisy, Peach, Mario, Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, Donkey Kong, Bowser Junior, Bowser, Baby Mario, Noki (all colors), Toad (all colors), Toadsworth, Koopa Troopa, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, Funky Kong, Dry Bones (all colors), Hammer Bro, Boomerang Bro, Fire Bro, Baby Luigi, Monty Mole, Toadette, Shy Guy (all colors), Paratroopa, Pianta (all colors), Tiny Kong, King Boo, Boo, Petey Piranha, Baby Peach, Baby Daisy, Blooper, Goomba, Paragoomba, Magikoopa, Baby DK, Kritter (all colors), King K. Rool and last (and in my opinion the least), Wiggler. And I will eat my brother's sock if these are not all the characters in this game. All these characters that are not captians have an out fielding special, but nothing else. After character selection, then you select what the batting order, and the out field positions of you and your opponents. If you put people with chemistry next to each other, then you can do things like buddy jumps. Then you choose things like number of innings and then the game begins! During the game, the pitcher pitches, the batter bats, and then the out fielders out field. There are many things in-game that you can do except I am tired so I won't care to tell you them.Challenge mode: This is pretty much adventure mode in any other game. Here, you run around a baseball world, finding shops and collecting coins. To get people to join with with you, you must beat them in a baseball challenge, and likewise with enemies. You must also solve puzzles to get farther in worlds. The story isn't too original, it's just Bowser and Bowser Junior wreaking havoc with their underlings. At least it is not the save the princess gag again. The final boss is Bowser, who isn't too hard, but I like this game because it doesn't lack Koopa Troopas.Mini games: Here you can play a variety of mini games, all of which are fun, but a bit too short.Toy Field: Now don't hold me to saying this, but if you have a sister that you, ahem, 'dislike' so much that you want to do the Cruciatus Curse on (read Harry Potter, you'll understand), here's where the fun comes. In this game, one person gets to bat, and the others are in the field. Points are given based on how well each character does during each hit, and the person with the ball last gets the next turn. The revenge comes her because you can attack in this game. I know! What fun! Although if someone attacks too much, they become as annoying as Hermione Granger.Practice Mode: In this mode you can practice. Ha.To wrap this up, Mario Super Sluggers is a good game because of the multiplayer, but gets annoying because it is too easy. But I still love it because it has turtles in it.Turtles!!!!!!!!!
